Perched at 168 m above sea level, you will discover a large panorama spreading from Trévignon to the Ville Close in Concarneau and even until Quimper’s Cathedral!  When the sky is clear enough, the vantage point offers a splendid view over the Glénan archipelago, on the horizon. ~

PONDS OF ROSPORDEN

The banks of the ponds of Rosporden are perfect for a “fishing” halt for both aficionados and beginners, and also for families! For water sports lovers, the ponds offer an ideal spot for kayaking or stand-up paddle. ~

The "Sentier des douaniers"

The GR34 is a coastal path starting from the Mont Saint-Michel and ending in Saint-Nazaire. It runs along the coast of Brittany over 1700 km. These trails were formerly used by customs officers to patrol the coast, and have been progressively abandoned throughout the 20th century. Nowadays, it is the hikers who venture on this path in search of nature and spectacular landscapes. By the GR34, there is 42 km between Concarneau and Pont-Aven. On your way, you will discover a fantastic serie of white sand beaches, intimate coves, cliffs and rivers. Once crossed the ramparts of the Ville Close of Concarneau, a rich cultural and natural heritage opens up to you: marinas, military forts, lighthouses, dunes, granite chaos, tide mills…~

The Green Way N°7

The Green Way n°7 starts in the city center of Concarneau and crosses Finistère, stretching over 145 km and linking the English Channel to the Atlantic.
